What we cannot deal with
We cannot help with disputes about an account at a gambling operator — those go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator. This covers the whole range of account matters: withdrawals that have not arrived, balances that have changed, bonus terms that were applied in a way you did not expect, verification documents that were rejected, accounts that have been closed, limited or frozen, and sums you believe you are owed. fidgetsguide.com is not an operator, holds no accounts, processes no payments and has no access to anyone’s records or transaction history, so there is nothing we can look up and nothing we can change on your behalf. Raise the matter first with the operator itself, through the complaints route it publishes. If that does not resolve it, the licence under which the operator runs will name the regulator or dispute body you can take it to next, and that is the body with the power to examine it.
Writing to us
When you write, please say plainly what your message is about. If it concerns a factual error, tell us which page, which sentence and what the correct position is as you understand it. If it concerns something you cannot find on the site, describe what you were looking for. Messages that are clear and specific are far easier to act on than general ones.
